- You purchased a coupon but did not visit the restaurant.
- You cancelled the booking before the scheduled time.
- The restaurant was unable to honor the deal despite all conditions being met.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
- You visited but did not meet the offer criteria (e.g., wrong slot or group type).
- You missed your time slot or didn’t show up.
- You failed to provide required proof (e.g., review/story, if required).
- Coupon misuse, sharing screenshots, or duplicate use attempts.
3. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel any unredeemed coupon by contacting us before your time slot.
