  • You cancelled the booking before the scheduled time.
  • The restaurant was unable to honor the deal despite all conditions being met.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • You visited but did not meet the offer criteria (e.g., wrong slot or group type).
  • You missed your time slot or didn’t show up.
  • You failed to provide required proof (e.g., review/story, if required).
  • Coupon misuse, sharing screenshots, or duplicate use attempts.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel any unredeemed coupon by contacting us before your time slot.
  • Contact us via email or WhatsApp:
  • Cancellations made before the time slot are fully refundable.
  • No refund for cancellations after the scheduled time or no-shows.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
