1. Eligibility and Acceptance

• By using the Platform, you confirm legal eligibility to enter into contracts.

2. Nature of Service

• Discover and book discounted dine-in experiences.
• Access profile-based, time-specific offers from restaurants.
• Redeem exclusive deals under defined conditions.
• Dine50 is not a food delivery service or restaurant operator.

3. Booking & Offer Usage

• Offers are valid for specific slots, user profiles, and terms only.
• Some restaurants may ask for a Google review or Instagram Story as part of the deal.
• Restaurants reserve the right to verify eligibility before honoring the discount.
• Unused coupons can be cancelled per our refund policy.

4. User Obligations

• Provide accurate details during signup and booking.
• Respect restaurant rules for seating, behavior, and billing.
• Do not misuse offers, fake reviews, or claim unauthorized deals.
• Do not engage in scraping, bots, or exploit the platform.
• We may suspend or ban accounts involved in fraud or misuse.

5. Restaurant Responsibilities

• Restaurants are fully responsible for food, service, and ambiance.
• They must honor deals shown, unless the user violates terms.
• All food/service issues should be resolved directly by the restaurant.
• Dine50 is not liable for restaurant-related problems.

6. Intellectual Property

• All design, content, and trademarks on Dine50 are owned by Bizzmend Pvt. Ltd.
• No copying or reuse without prior written permission.

7. Liability Limitations

Dine50 acts solely as a platform connecting users and restaurants.

We are not liable for:

• Food quality or hygiene issues
• Restaurants not honoring coupons
• Platform downtime or tech errors

Our liability is limited to the coupon’s value.

8. Compliance with Laws

• Dine50 adheres to Indian laws like:
• The Consumer Protection Act, 2019
• IT Act, 2000
• Digital/intermediary compliance (payments, ads, data)

9. Modifications & Termination
